Brand new HTC Evo 3D phone. Comes with a mains charger/USB cable. 4 Screen protectors. Slightly cracked second hand case. All paper work (warranty/setting up etc). Opened box. Note the back cover of the phone is not brand new but a few months old - was an insurance claim for my old phone which I dropped so they replaced the actual phone but they told me to keep the back plate.
